The service
SwipeMeIn is provided as an online subscription. Features may evolve; we will not remove core features you pay for during a paid period.
Accounts
The customer (employer) is responsible for the people they invite and for the accuracy of the data they enter, including pay settings. Payroll calculations are tools; the employer and their accountant remain responsible for legal compliance.
Trial and payment
New customers get a free trial. After it, the subscription is billed in advance per period for the chosen number of places. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Unpaid invoices lead to a pause of the manager panel and later of clock-in, as described in the app.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time; the subscription ends at the end of the paid period. You can export your data before and for a reasonable time after the end.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to break security, no resale without agreement.
Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow limits.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
