Do you store fingerprints or photos?
No. Face ID or fingerprint is checked inside the employee's own phone; we only receive a mathematical yes. No photos, no biometric data on our servers.
What if an employee has no smartphone?
Use a shared tablet at the entrance: staff type a personnel code and a PIN. You can mix both.
Can people fake their location?
Each clock-in is checked against the QR at your door, your workplace location and optionally your Wi-Fi. Manual changes are always marked.
Does it work in Cyprus?
Yes β payroll includes Social Insurance, GESY, PAYE and the 13th salary, and Cyprus public holidays are built in. Have your accountant check the first payroll.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly or yearly (20% cheaper), cancel any time. The first 30 days are free, without a card.
What counts as an employee?
Everyone on your team except you, the owner. People you archive stop counting.
Can I change the number later?
Add places any time β you pay only for the rest of the period. Fewer places apply from the next period.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple / Google Pay, SEPA Direct Debit, or crypto (USDT). Renewals can be automatic.
